Shipping Policy

Shipping charges will be generated based on customer location. Items purchased will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. As we are often traveling sourcing for your next buy, we will contact you if we cannot process your order within that time frame and inform you of when the order will be shipped.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, damaged or stolen packages. We always pack our products safely and with a lot of care so that they arrive in the same exact condition as described. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@casabbell.com within 1 business day with pictures of the damaged product in order for us to file your complaint and assess what we can do about the incident. Some orders may experience customs delays and we unfortunately have no control over these delays.
